"Not much you can really customize"
I was hoping to change up the colors and wording a bit, but the options were super limited. It felt like I was stuck using the same basic template no matter what I tried. For a party site, I expected way more ways to make it feel personal. Disappointed overall.

"Wrong items in my order"
I ordered some party supplies from Nobbies Parties, a good chunk of it showed up wrong. A few things were totally different colors than what I chose, the counts were off, and one item wasn’t in the box at all.
I know mix-ups happen, and I tried not to make a huge deal out of it, but this was for a birthday party, so it definitely threw things off. I ended up having to run out last minute and buy replacements somewhere else, which was frustrating.
Customer service did eventually respond, but it was slow and didn’t really solve much. I guess it is what it is, but I don’t think I’d order from them again

So... I was disappointed because almost everything I wanted to buy was out of stock. I kept clicking around hoping to find something available, but there was barely anything I could actually purchase.

"My order was supposed to arrive last..."
My order was supposed to arrive last Friday, but it ended up coming late and the tracking updates were lacking. I kept having to check and follow up, which made planning the party way more stressful than it needed to be. The items were fine once they finally got here, but after this most recent experience, I’d be hesitant to order again unless I had plenty of extra time built in
"Felt Left in the Dark Waiting for Help"
Customer service was slow to get back to me, and when they finally did, the replies weren’t really helpful. I felt a bit left in the dark most of the time, like I was just waiting around without any clear answers.

I ordered helium balloons for an event I’d been planning, and I was really hoping it would be one of those easy things I wouldn’t have to worry about. Unfortunately, the order didn’t go as expected, the balloons arrived later than agreed and some of the colours weren’t what I asked for.
I contacted them because I just wanted a bit of reassurance that it could be sorted out or at least acknowledged properly, but the response wasn’t very helpful. It left me feeling like I had to chase for answers at the worst possible time, which added stress I really didn’t need on the day.
I know mistakes can happen, but I would’ve appreciated clearer communication and some effort to make it right. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel confident using them again...

"Good start, but my issue still isn’t fixed"
I’ll say the team was polite when I reached out, which I appreciated. But my issue never got fixed, it just kept getting pushed back with more delays and no real update. I was hoping for a better resolution, though I do think the service could still be good if they improve their follow-through.

"Prices felt way higher than they should"
I was browsing Nobbies Parties for some party supplies, but the prices really threw me off. A lot of the items seemed more expensive than I expected, and once I added a few things to my cart, it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. Maybe some people are fine paying that, but I felt like I could find similar party stuff somewhere else for less. It was disappointing, and I do think they should at least acknowledge that the pricing feels a bit unfair

"Kind of a pain to use, honestly"
I tried using Nobbies Parties the other day because I was looking around for party stuff, and I had my coffee sitting next to me thinking it would be a quick browse. It got annoying fast. The site felt clunky, pages took longer to load than I expected, and I kept having to click around way too much just to find simple things.
Some of the buttons weren’t very clear, and the layout felt messy on my phone, which made it even more frustrating since I was just trying to check it during a break. Maybe it works better on a laptop or maybe other people don’t mind it, but for me it wasn’t a good experience at all

"Local pickup was more hassle than I expected"
I tried doing local pickup because I figured it would be quick and easy, but it ended up being kind of a pain. The pickup times were awkward for my schedule, and even after getting there I still had to hang around waiting. It reminded me of when you run one “quick” errand and somehow it eats up your whole afternoon. I grabbed coffee afterward just to make the trip feel less pointless. I probably wouldn’t choose pickup again.

I stopped by the store the other day because I was already in the area running a couple errands, and I ended up waiting around for what felt like forever. The staff didn’t really seem bothered or interested in helping, which made it even more frustrating. I get that places get busy, but a little acknowledgment would’ve gone a long way

I stopped in looking for a few party supplies and asked what I thought were simple questions, but the staff didn’t seem very confident. One person told me one thing, then someone else gave me a totally different answer, so I wasn’t sure what to believe.
A friend had actually recommended the place, so I was expecting a smoother experience. Instead, it felt like they were guessing more than helping, and I ended up leaving without buying anything because I didn’t trust the info.

I tried to find what I needed, but I ended up clicking around forever. The categories seem scattered, and the search wasn’t much help either. It kind of feels like nobody really checked how confusing the store is to use before putting it out there. After a while, I just got annoyed and gave up.

I went in thinking there’d be more party stuff to browse through, but… yeah, the selection felt small. They had some of the basic things you’d expect, so it wasn’t totally empty or anything, but there just weren’t many styles or options to choose from. I was hoping to find something a little more fun or specific, and it just didn’t really have much to pick from.

"I was just trying to place..."
I was just trying to place a quick order and everything seemed fine at first. Browsing was easy enough, and I found what I needed without much trouble, so I figured I’d be done in a couple minutes. But when I got to the end, the checkout didn’t go through smoothly. I tried again later and ran into a similar issue a second time, which was kind of frustrating. It worked eventually, but checkout was definitely more annoying than it should’ve been.
